安装说明Installation

1、            挖机大小臂两侧需预装液压剪液压管路，并配备好节流阀、截止阀。

Excavator’s Boom and arm on both sides should be preloaded hydraulic shear hydraulic pipe, and equipped with throttle valve and stop valve.

2、            分别用软管将液压剪、节流阀、大臂及小臂的油管对应相连。Hose should be connected with hydraulic shear tubing , throttle valve tubing ,boom and arm’s tubing step by step.

3、            用销轴将液压剪分别与小臂及连杆固定好，销轴及销孔安装前必须先均匀涂抹黄油。hydraulic shear be fixed on arm and linkage with pins.All pins and holes should be greased before installation.

4、            液压剪使用之前需要先调节连通回转马达油路的节流阀。首先将节流阀流量调至最小，然后逐步增加，直到液压剪回转速度达到正常工作所需流量（30L/Min~60L/Min）。

Adjustthrottling valve which connect oil pipe ofrotary motor before operation,first minimize flow , then add flow step by step until the speed of rotary motor being normal.（30L/Min~60L/Min）

注意：液压剪回转速度过快，会加大回转支撑和液压马达损坏的风险。
