RMV Series: Polyurethane (PU) microcellular foam shock absorbers, featuring an open-cell + closed-cell structure. The reaction force increases with the impact speed to achieve adaptive energy absorption. They are equipped with a built-in steel chain to prevent separation, and their operating temperature ranges from approximately -3℃ to 80℃ (some documents mark it as -30℃ to 80℃).
RME Series: Special synthetic rubber shock absorbers, with excellent resistance to compressive deformation and oil, suitable for heavy-load and low-speed impact scenarios.
MBS Series: Metal spring shock absorbers, used in occasions with extremely large loads or special reset requirements.
Key Features
Non-hydraulic / Non-pneumatic: Pure mechanical passive energy absorption, no fluid medium is involved.
Intelligent Response: The polyurethane models have the stiffness and energy absorption rate increasing with the impact speed (strain rate sensitive characteristic).
Safety Design: The internal penetrating steel chain prevents fragments from flying out; axial deflection is allowed, and the compression ratio can reach 25%-50% of the free length.
