电线电缆用聚氯乙烯绝缘料是以聚氯乙烯树脂为基料，加入增塑剂、稳定剂、颜料等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而制

得的粒状料。产品系列化：可增加不同硬度、耐候耐紫外线、环保(RoHS、REACH、PAils、无氯化烷烃、无邻苯类

等)、亚光雾面、耐低温、耐PS／ABS迁移、防鼠咬、防白蚁、透明等各种特殊性能。

3、加工工艺

采用一般挤出机加工，L／D≥20。

4、储存与运输

包装：25kg一袋，聚乙烯薄膜内袋，牛皮纸复合袋外包装。

运输与储存：电缆料在运输过程中不应受日晒雨淋，应储存在清洁、阴凉、干燥、通风的仓库内。
