真空脱气，钢质纯，球化退火适合切削加工，无淬火开裂，优越的耐磨性和韧性；广泛适用于厚度小于2mm的板材，冲压模、冲裁模、成形模、修边模、螺纹轧制模、木工刀片、食品加工用刀具和量具。
Properties&Applications
Through vacuum degassing,the steel is more
purified. The spheroidized annealing makes it easily processed by shearing and
cutting with no quenching cracks. lt provides an superior abrasion resistance
and tough ness it is widely used in less than 2 mm thickness of flats, rolls, punches, dies for blanking,
forming, trimming, and thread rolling, shear knives, food-processing knives,
and gages.
