 气动压机总体由上横梁、立柱、底座、滑块、工作台、气垫、离合器、制动器、传动系统、液压润滑和气动系统、电气控制系统等组成。钢板焊接机身，钢性好，角变形小曲轴纵放，结构紧凑，外形美观矩形六面体镶铜导轨，导向长，耐磨损，精度稳定组合式气动摩擦离合器-制动器，进口安全双联阀控制定时、定点、定量自动润滑，润滑充分可靠（无油自动停机保护）

、自动冲压，电源开关打到自动档，用延时开关控制冲压时间间隙；

2、手动控制，电源开关打到手动档，此时必须双手同时按下左右两侧的启动按钮开关，气缸才会冲压，非常安全。
