一、基本功能与特点介绍

      ECON-05采用手动搅拌杆，干式分离，主要针对波峰焊锡炉工作过程中产生的焊锡氧化物——锡渣，进行二次回收利用，可直接将收集好的锡渣投入，无需添加任何化学、非化学物质，将锡渣中可用焊锡分离回收，直接使用，节约焊锡使用量，节省成本。

     本机体积小巧，可方便挪移，全人工手动操作，分离率及工作效率因人而异，适合少量锡渣的集中处理。

1, Introduction of the basic function and characteristics

    ECON-05 uses manual stirring bar and dry separation method for twice recovery ,mainly aimed at tin soldering oxide—tin slag，produced by the work process of wave soldering stove. The tin slag collected can be put into stove directly without adding any chemical or non chemical substance，and the tin available in slag can be separated for recovery and direct used, for the sake of saving tin amount and cost.

    The machine is small and easy to move, suitable for the centralized treatment. It is full manual operation. Separation rate and work efficiency depend on the operator.
