KZ85PA is a close weave nylon fabric that has been scoured and heat set. Scouring eliminates contamination from sizing and lubricants used during the manufacturing of the fabric. Heat setting reduces the shrinkage during the cure cycle.
KZ85PA is ideal for use on composite and metal bond assemblies where secondary
processing is required. It is not recommended for use with prepreg or adhesives that
contain phenols. For these types of resin systems, other series of peel ply fabrics or
fiberglass based systems should be used.Physical Properties:
