解决问题的方法
针对主要缺陷裂纹与次要缺陷焊盘翘起,业界对裂纹 的产生原因进行了研究(见图7)。目前已经证实存在一 个临界应力值 Kc;低于这一临界值,裂纹则不会发生。聚 合材料上受到持续的应力冲击将使裂纹也继续延伸。为了 解决这个问题,可以做出两种假设:1、临界应力值超出范 围,可能是由于连接器或工艺的改变,或者是 PTH 孔径的 减小,造成了连接器与 PCB 之间的应力大大增加;2、由 于 PCB 内部的改变,使得 PCB 内环氧树脂的临界应力值 有所减少。上位机调试结果正确后硬件电路继续添加其他功能,调试“搜索ROM命令(SEARCH ROM)和读取ROM ID命令”,在FSM中实现搜索算法将温度采集扩展至一线总线上多个DS18B20。妥善布设外连信号线,尽量缩短输入引线,提高输入端阻抗。对模拟信号输入线最好加以屏蔽,当板上同时有模拟、数字信号时,宜将两者的地线隔离,以免相互干扰。
The TSC2003 is a 4-wire resistive touch screen controller. It also features direct measurement of two batteries, two aux-iliary analog inputs, temperature measurement, and touch-pressure measurement.The TSC2003 has an on-chip 2.5V reference that can beutilized for the auxiliary inputs, battery monitors, and tem-perature-measurement modes. The reference can also be powered down when not used to conserve power. The internal reference will operate down to 2.7V supply voltage while monitoring the battery voltage from 0.5V to 6V.
