本机器采用钢板焊接结构,机身采用有限元分析设计、振动时效消除内应力，使机身稳定、可靠。
◎采用三点支撑滚动导轮，消除支撑间隙，提高剪切精度。
◎刀架剪切角能在一定的范围内调整，可使剪切材料变形量减小到理想状态，又可剪切超厚板料。
◎剪切行程任意调整，提高了工作效率，又可实现分段剪切功能。
◎后挡料设计了手动抬升功能，便于超长板料剪切。
◎墙板内侧设有手动加油泵，操作方便，保证关键部位的润滑。
◎插装式液压系统，减缓油温提升，增强机床运行的可靠性和安全性。
◎标配采用MD-100专用系统及PLC控制器，剪切计数、后挡料、剪切角及刀口间隙的调节直观、简单、方便。
◎可选用DAC310、DAC360数控系统以满足更高精度要求的剪切和控制。
On basis of WF67Y series press brake, this type machine is installed CNC controllers, which can meet customers’requirements for the design of high precision processing.
◎Using three-point rolling guide pulley can eliminate the support gap, and increase cutting precision.
◎Shearing angle can be adjusted within a certain range, which can reduce the shearing deformation of sheet metal and can shear much thicker sheet metal.
◎The shearing stroke can be adjusted at will, which raise the working efficiency and realize the function of partition cutting.
◎The backgauge is designed manual lifting function, which is convenient to shear long sheet metal.
◎Inside the wallboard manual petrol pump is installed, which makes operating convenient and lubricating reliable.
◎Plug in hydraulic system can make oil temperature become high slowly, meanwhile it enhance the reliability and safety operation of machine.
◎Standard machine is installed MD-100 controller and PLC. Slipper stroke adjusted by motor, shearing times can be shown easily.
