WF67K series hydraulic plate (CNC) press brake

此型是在WF67Y折弯机结构基础上，加装数控系统，满足客户复杂工件和高精度加工要求设计。

◎数控系统可选用DELEM、ESTUN和香港三源等多种配置，详见P11数控配置详细介绍。

◎根据不同的数控配置，可采用扭轴同步和电液二种同步结构。

◎可定制单轴，双轴和多轴控制，以满足客户对滑块行程和后挡料等精确定位。

◎数控相关配件伺服电机、滚珠丝杆、光栅尺、伺服比例阀等选用原装进口产品。

On basis of WF67Y series press brake, this type machine is installed CNC controllers, which can meet customers’requirements for the design of high precision processing.

◎Many CNC controllers are available, such as Delem brand, Estun brand and Sanyuan brand, etc. For details please see P11( CNC controllers introduction).

◎For different CNC controllers, there are Twisting axis synchronous and electro-hydraulic Synchronous

◎Upon request, we can set single axis, twin axial and multiaxial control,  which can make the slipper stroke and backgauge have a high precision.

◎Servo motor, ball screw, Optical Scale and valves are all imported from abroad.

◎在装夹上模过程中仅需要扳转手柄，即可装夹上模节约装夹时间。

◎装夹中是由半圆键与上模装夹面接触，改善了上模的夹紧条件，改变了普通夹具中存在的局部接触或线接触的状况，使上模夹紧稳固不易偏移。

◎能夹持小尺寸的散刀，解决了普通夹具夹时散刀有松动的现象。
