Z205热保护催化剂通常用于为二段转化催化剂、焦炉气富氧纯氧转化催化剂提供过热保护,以免受高温冲击而失活。本催化剂为新型的烧结型载镍拉西环热保护催化剂,载体是经过1500℃高温煅烧而成,在使用中不易变形,而大颗粒的外形尺寸又使其蓄热抗冲击能力得到保证,负载的镍也起到一定的预转化作用,能明显降低进入二段转化催化剂层气体温度。
Z205 is a catalyst usually used to protect the secondary reforming catalyst from deactivation by overheating. This catalyst is a new type supported by a thermal sintered ring with a nickel carrier, which sintered beyond 1500 ℃ to protect being deformed easily in use. Its external dimension with large particles can guarantee the capability of thermal storage and resistance to thermal shock. The supported nickel can decline the temperature of catalyst gas in the secondary reforming, which plays a role in pre-reforming to some degree.
