国内外很多研究结果证明:当纳米氧化锌的粒径小于20nm时,其光催化性能最佳,吸附能力最强,自身性能稳定,无需紫外光照射,在可见光环境下,就能进行光催化分解。纳米氧化锌光催化剂被认为是治理空气污染最理想的材料,在吸收太阳光线或照明光源后,可以迅速分解空气中的甲醛、苯、氨、VOC等有害气体。将纳米氧化锌应用于净化功能涂料生产中,在光的作用下会产生独特的光催化作用,不但保持了涂料最基本、最传统的装饰功能,而且能将空气中的有害气体分解消除。

It can conduct photocatalysis degradation under visible lights and no UV irradiation is required. Nano ZnO photocatalyst is recognized the best material to control air pollution. It can dissemble harmful gases such as HCHO, benzene, ammonia and VOC rapidly after absorbing sunrays and lighting source. Nano ZnO photocatalyst will produce special photo catalysis when it is applied in manufacturing of purifying coatings. The harmful chemicals oxidation process of the nano ZnO photocatalyst is similar to the photosynthesis of plants.
