GFG系列高效沸腾干燥机

特点：

流化床为圆形结构避免死角。料斗设置搅拌，避免潮湿物料团聚及干燥时形成沟流。采用翻倾卸料，方便、迅速、彻底，亦可按要求设计自动进出料系统。密闭负压操作，气流经过过滤。操作简便，清洗方便，是符合”GMP”要求的理想设备。干燥速度快，温度均匀，每批干燥时间一般均在20-30分钟。

应用范围：

机制螺杆挤压颗粒、摇摆颗粒、湿法高速混合制粒颗粒。
医药、食品、饲料、化工等领域的湿颗粒和粉状物料干燥。

本机用于制药、化工、饲料、食品等领域湿颗粒或粉状物料干燥。

The machine is suitable for drying damp granule or powder material in many fields such as pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, feedstuff industry, fooedstuff industry, etc.

* 流化床为圆形结构避免了死角。
* 床内设置搅拌，避免了潮湿物料的团聚及干燥过
程中形成沟流。
* 顶置布袋过滤器为抗静电特种纤维，操作安全。
* 翻倾卸料，方便迅速彻底。
* 密封负压操作，按 GMP 规范设计。
* 本机亦可按要求进行自动进出料设计制作。
* 干燥速度快，温度均匀，每批干燥时间均在 20-
30 分钟。
