PR-R pipe extruder adopts specialized designed double-separate screw ensure high quality pipe extrusion; High shear and low melting temperature ensure material high performance extrusion. Automatically loader and drier system ensure homogeneous extrusion of PP-R pipe, Special melting material filter is specially designed for PP-R pipe extrusion. The plate calibrating sleeve which adopted Germany Technology, the extruders ensure the pipe speed at 20m/min at Φ20mm.
采用双分离PPR 专用螺杆，达到低温高效挤出的效果；专业设计精密螺旋分流模具，使料流分配均匀，多层叠压，无分流痕，机头压力低，保证熔融料均匀计出，采用德国技术生产的板式定径套, 可保证PP-R 管材高速冷却的要求，Ø20mm PP-R 管材生产速度可达到20m/min。
