发电机组智能测试系统可以测试各类发电机组的输出功率与带载能力，主要对发电机组所有电参数包括动态参数进行测试，由测控和负载柜两部分组成，与上位计算机配合使用，实现智能化，自动完成对发电机组所有电参数的专项测试，同时生成图表、曲线及检测报告，全面脱离手工操作（智能控制，自动/手动可选）。为大功率发电机组设备提供了科学的检测手段。

Generator set intelligent testing system can test output power and load capacity exactly. Its main function is to test electricity parameter contain dynamic parameter to all kinds of generating set. It is composed of monitor and load bank. It can achieve intellectualized and achieve special test to all kind of electricity parameter of generating set automatic and form schematics, curve and monitor report cooperating with position machine. It can completely give up handcraft operating. (Intelligent control, automatism and man can be selected).It can provide scientific test measure for high-power generating set equipment.

主要特点及功能

1、  可测量发电机稳态三相电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、功率因数、频率、运行时间等基本功能。

2、  具有谐波分析功能，能同时分析电压、电流2～40次谐波含量及总谐波含量；电能累计功能。

3、  发电机整定测试、波动测试、瞬态测试（负载突加、负载突卸）功能，能自动测试负载突变时电压最大、最小值，电流最大、最小值，频率最大、最小值，以及恢复时间。

4、  具有强大的电压录波功能，再配有光电隔离RS485/RS232串口通讯功能，串口功能强大。

5、  不仅可以召测所有稳态参数，还能召测突加、突卸、电压、电流、频率曲线，及电压、电流谐波曲线及谐波含量。

6、  与上位计算机配合使用，可以自动完成发电机所有电参数的测量。自动生成各种图表、曲线及检测报告。规范操作，权威性强。数据内容丰富，报表适用性强，并且可以根据用户需要署名、变更格式等。

7、  有4组负载控制功能，每组可以控制25%的负载，可以组合成25%、50%、75%、100%四种负载形式或根据需要自行设定。

8、  负载控制功能，可以完成负载突加、突卸功能。

9、  具有加载感性或容性负载的功能（根据用户需要，单独设计）。

10、以上控制既可以通过计算机自动控制,又可以在面板上手动控制。

11、配备三路环境温度、湿度、大气压力传感器接口，自动完成环境温度、湿度、大气压力的测量、显示及上传（用户自行配置传感器）。

12、优化分段式功率投入方式，设置方便，覆盖所有功率值（1kw～最大120kw，0.5kVA～50.5 kVA）。

13、实现智能化控制，可自动测试发电机组各种参数包括动态参数。为大功率发电机组提供了科学的检测手段（国内首创）。

14、冷却方式：强制风冷式；

15、工作方式：负载分段控制（单刀双掷开关控制用接触器方式）。能满足额定功率以内任意功率组合。

Main feature and function

1.        It can test stable state three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, run duration of generating set and so on.

2.        It has harmonic analysis function and power energy accumulation function. It can analyze voltage, 2-50 times harmonic capacity of current, total harmonic capacity.

3.        It has setting test, fluctuating test, transient test (load increase quick, load decrease quick) ,and can test automatic max voltage, min. voltage, max current, min. current, max frequency, min. frequency and restoring time.

4.        It is of powerful voltage oscillograph and photoelectricity isolate and RS485/RS232 com communication.

5.     Not only it can display all stable state parameter, but also the load increase quickly, load decrease quickly, voltage, current, frequency curve, voltage curve, current harmonic curve and harmonic content.

6.     Cooperating with software, It can achieve automatic testing all electricity parameter and form all kinds of chart, curve, and test report. The content of data is very abundant; the report form is of applicability. Data and report forms can be signed and changed format according to consumer’s need.

7.        It is of four group load control functions. Its each group can control 25% load and combine four load forms of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% or set oneself according to users’ need.

8.        It is of load control function that can achieve the function of load increasing quickly and load decreasing quickly.

9.        It is of loading inductive or capacitive load.(It is designed specially according consumers’ need)

10.     Control function not only can be controlled automatically by PC, but also manual operated with panel hand.

11.    It is configured three ways sensor interface of environment temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure and can achieve automatically the measure of environment temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure, display and upload(Consumer configures sensor by oneself).

12.    We adopt power input mode of optimize subsection for it that can be set convenient and covered all power. (1kw—Max 120kw, 0.5Kva —50.5kvA).

13.    It achieves intelligent control that can test automatic all kinds of parameter include dynamic parameters. It can provide scientific test measures for high-power generating set.

14. Cooling measures: forced air cooling.

15. Operation measure: load subsection control (single-pole double throw switch, controlled by contactor) can meet any power combination in rating power.

数据处理软件

发电机组智能测试系统具有强大的串行通讯功能，实现与上位机的数据传输。串行有两种方式：RS232、RS485，均为光电隔离。配套的数据处理软件可生成：电流谐波、电压谐波、突加电压、突加电流、突加频率曲线、突减电流、突减频率曲线、巡检报告、性能报告等曲线、报表。

Data processing software

Intelligent testing system of generator can achieve data transferring function with position machine, because it is the function of large serial communication. Two serial measures: RS232 and RS485,each is photoelectricity isolation. Data processing software kit can form the curve and chart of current harmonic, voltage harmonic, voltage increased quickly, current increased quickly, frequency curve decreased quickly, test report and capability report and so on.
