木材进口报关注意事项
木材进口报关并不简单，尤其是首次进口或者不是专业木材进口清关公司操作，请谨慎操作，木材进口前要事先了解海关商检各种要求，第一次到港的数量请不要太多，以免碰到意外情况时，要更改问题都来不急，下面我和大家聊聊木材进口需要注意的事项。
一、木材进口报关主要需要的单证有：
1、 提单 2、 装箱单 3、 发票 4、 贸易合同 5、 原产地证 6、 熏蒸证 7、 植检证 8、 码单。
二、目前市场木材进口，尤其是大宗木材进口都会选择一般贸易方式进口，木材一般贸易进口操作成本是最低 所以一直受到大量木材商的青睐。
木材进口报关流程：
一般贸易:换单---报检---报关---出税单---交税--放行（海关查货---放行）---打提柜单---提柜、送货
手册类（来料加工，进料加工）：换单---报检---报关递单---放行（海关查货---放行）---打提柜单---提柜、送货
一般贸易进口：
1.接单:接到单证后,要检查单证是否齐全与准确,单证:植检证,产地证,提单，码单
2.换单，接到客户的全套单据后，要查清该进口货物属于哪家船公司承运、哪家作为船舶代理、在哪儿可以换到供通关用的提货单。要看提单为何种形式的提单,为正本还是电放,一般为指示提单或记名提单,并在提单上相应的背书，凭背书的提单到相应的船司/船代换取提货单！
收到船公司的到货通知时要补充正确的中文报关资料给到船公司(最好就是在收到全套单证的情况下补充资料,出错率就相对小一些)
3.报检，需要报检委托书，要检查资料是否齐全且准确，木类注意的最多的就是植检证和产地证上的资料是否一致,如产地证,植检证错误或者没有可以申请熏蒸，但是要局长审批，商检计费完成后出到通关单。
4.报关，报关资料:提货单,通关单, 箱单、形式发票、合同、报关委托书等资料，向海关发送，海关审单，报关资料通过后向海关递单，如果审单中心退单则根据情况重新改过并发送（通常情况为规格,用途之类）。
5.放行,拿放行条去船司打提柜单,所有的费用必须结清，需要交押金的要交押金，拖车提柜送货!
手册类(来料加工、进料加工) ：
换单---报检出通关单---报关递单---放行（海关查货---放行）---打提柜单---提柜、送货 注：手册类的程序简单,不需要打税,并且查货率较低
三、海关税金：
1. 原木：货值*13％增值税
2. 木方、板材、家具：货值*17％增值税
四、进口木材所需时间： 1 到港提单换单，半天
2 提前申报商检，出商检单，2-3天 3 正式报关申报，放行，1天
4 港内拖运、排队等候安排消毒检疫、卫生处理、2--5天
5 签名，提货离港口，半天 （ 以上为一般作业的工作日损耗，以具体作业安排为准）
