砂水分离机概述

BHF型螺旋式砂水分离机可作为各种沉砂池配套设备,用于分离含砂污水中的砂及其它各种比重较大的颗粒状固体物质。含砂污水从锥形容器上端切向进入,在容器中形成涡流,在重力及离心力的作用下,砂粒快速沉淀到容器底部,由旋转的螺旋叶片推至上端的排砂口排除。由于采用特殊的进水方式造成涡流,使砂的沉降速度大大加快,与普通形的砂水分离器相比,砂的沉降速度更快,砂水分离效果更高,通过实验,对直径大于0.2mm的砂粒分离效果高达98%。

The sewage containing sand tangential flows from the top of the cone container to form a eddy current. Under the gravity and the certrifugal force the sand can precipitate rapidly on the bottom of the container and discharge from the sand exit on the top through pushedg by the screw leaf. Because of special means to cause a eddy current to make a rapidly precipitation than common seperator of sand and water. The seperating ratio of the sand with the diameter over 0.2mm can reach 98% experimentally.

旋转钟式除砂机是一种新引进的技术,用于给排水工程中去除直径0.2mm以上的大部分砂粒,去除率98%以上。
污水从沉砂池的切向进入,具有一定的流速,从而对砂粒产生离心力,使较重的砂粒,沿池壁及沉砂池独特的结构沉降到池底集砂槽,同时防止细小砂粒下沉。通过先进的空气提升系统为沉砂的排出提供良好的条件,直接将沉砂粒输送到砂水分离器设备中,实现砂粒与污水的彻底分离。
钟式除砂机系统在运行中,进出口水流速较高,处理量大,出砂效果好,占地面积小,设备结构简单,节约能源,运行可靠,操作及维护方便,适合大中小型污水处理厂使用。
