钢板坡口机为配合当前船舶企业推行PSPC涂装新标准（ 《船舶专用海水压载舱和散货船双舷侧处保护涂层性能标准》），新近开发生产出GCM系列钢板倒棱机，钢板坡口机可以将金属棱边倒R2,R3的圆弧角或C1,C2的45度角。钢板坡口机根据不同的使用场合与需求，有手提式，小型自动行进式和大型自动进料式等多种规格系列可供用户选择。钢板坡口机可以应用于桥梁工程，飞机制造等行业，并具有切削效率高，操作灵活方便，安全环保等特点。

GBM-12A型自动行进钢板坡口机以每分钟1.5-2.5米的速度，可在厚度45毫米以下，材料抗拉强度为40kg/mm2钢板上一次自动行进加工出坡面宽度12毫米的焊接坡口，根据实际需要分数次可加工到坡面18毫米宽度。通过更换角度器附件可以得到从25°、30°、35°、40°、45°五个标准坡口角度。也可以通过更换附件为稍短尺寸的圆管进行坡口。是一款综合性能较好的坡口设备。
