TS series of micro-irrigation pipe
TS系列微灌管是采用聚乙烯组合物为基材,添加功能化无机填料,经造粒、挤管等工艺而制备的一种功能化聚乙烯管材。其透水原理为在管壁上制备贯穿内外壁的纳米微孔,通过水的势能从管内向土壤渗透。该管材以及制备该种管材的聚乙烯组合物,本公司拥有完全知识产权。该管材的主要应用领域为干旱地区的农业灌溉、沙漠绿化、盐碱地改造、公共绿地的的供水、高尔夫球场的供水等。
TS series of micro-irrigation pipe, are made through granulation and extrusion,with polyethylene composition as substrate material and inorganic powders as functional filler. Water permeates into the soil through nano-micropore. Our company has independent intellectual property rights for these pipes and their polyethylene composition. These pipes are used in agricultural irrigation, desert greening, salinization land reclaimed, water supply of the public green and golf courses.
现在广泛推广的的滴灌技术比漫灌技术节水约60%,但是存在易堵塞、需要动力支持等缺陷。采用TS系列微灌管不仅彻底解决了以上问题,并且更加节水,比通用的滴灌技术节水50%以上。同传统的滴灌技术相比,采用TS系列微灌系统具有以下特点:
Compared with the traditional flood irrigation technology, the drop irrigation technology widely promoted nowadays can save about 60% of water. But there are still many defects such as the pipe’s easily being clogged and the need of power support. TS series of micro-irrigation pipe can not only solve these problems, but also save 50% or more water than the drop irrigation technology. In general,TS series of micro-irrigation pipe havethe following characteristics:
1、给水具有自动调节功能。
根据土壤的湿度、环境温度、农作物的需水量自动调节给水强度,当土壤湿度较小、环境温度较高、农作物需水量较大时,管材的供水量自动增大,反之则供水量自动减少,且调节过程不需要人为干预。

Based on soil moisture, environmental temperature and water requirement of crop, the water supply intensity is adjusted automatically.
When the soil moisture is less and ambient temperature is higher, crop water demand is higher, the water supply pipe automatically increases, and vice versa automatically reduces the amount of water, and the adjustment process does not require human intervention.

只需要使TS管埋入地下后同水源保持一定水位差(通常一米左右)即可。

只需将管材埋入土层以下20-30厘米,根据管材同水源的水位差,即可浸润管材两侧各50-100厘米。

As the pipe is under the ground and doesn’t occupy space, field operation is not affected.

9.可以降低棚内的水雾,减少滴落现象

由于浸润管施水的原理是采用对作物的根系直接施水,而且水量可以调节,因此土壤表面的水分含量较小,蒸发的水分因此也较小,可以降低棚内的水雾,减少滴落现象。
Micro-irrigation pipe water directly to crop roots, and water can be adjusted, so the soil surface water content is smaller , evaporation of water and therefore smaller, that can reduce the greenhouse mist, reducing the dripping phenomena.
