SMC roving, the multi-end roving for Sheet Molding Compound(SMC), is produced from a collection of continuous glass filaments gathered, without mechanical twisting into a single bundle. The filaments, which make up the bundles, are bonded together with a special size. Multiple bundles are then pulled together to form a strand which is wound into a tubeless package ready for use in customer applications. SMC roving is designed for a wide range of structural or pigmentable polyester compression molded applications. SMC roving applications include automotive exterior body panels with Class A surfaces, recreational vehicle housings, automotive and recreational semi-structural applications, water-tank panels and business equipment.

中天俊达所产SMC纱，单个纱团聚乙烯塑料袋包覆，然后放入托盘或纸箱。每个托盘可码放64或48个纱团，每个纱团重量17kg . 纸箱堆高不大于5层，托盘堆高不超过2层。 SMC roving from Zhongtian Junda , is wrapped in plastic bags , then packed in inpidual cardboard box or pallet . There are 64 or 48 doffs could be placed on one pallet , 17kg weight of one doff . Cardboard box can not be stacked higher than 5 layers , and pallet not higher than 2 layers .
