• 多种料筒(炮筒,螺杆)可性选择,采用螺杆式更有效地混和塑料,更有效地熔解塑胶,使在料筒内的塑胶在一个完全熔融状态。同时令塑料粒进入料筒至射出到模具的时间达到最短,减少因注塑量少注塑料粒长时间在料筒高温状态产生的降解。
• 料筒最高设定温度可达到450度,螺杆设计更容易清洁减少原料浪费,节省成本。
• 合理的机台结构设计,便以维护。

Second component
A BOY 90 E, which is the largest model in the BOY product range with a clamping force of 900 kN, will be equipped with a second injection unit and will produce in one work process, safety glasses consisting of two different plastics. While the horizontally positioned injection unit on the BOY 90 E injects a super-transparent PP for the glasses and the frame, a vertically positioned injection unit will inject a colored PP for the sides of the glasses.
The injection unit for a second component based on the ultra compact BOY XS and is equipped with an own hydraulic drive and control. The machine offers a plasticizing volume of 8,0 cubic centimeter and achieves injection pressures up to 3.128 bar.
The controls of both machines communicate with each other via special interfaces and assure a fluent process of the injection moulding cycle. Due to the low required space of the BOY XS, the injection unit can be arranged in various positions on the basic machine. As a rule, the injection unit is placed vertically above the two-component mould, although a lateral installation is possible. The drive unit, which includes the control, is positioned on the backside of the machine. The open nozzle plasticizing unit is connected to the injection unit for the second component through a corresponding adjustable high-pressure hose line.
