SJ蝶式双轴搅拌机
    蝶式双轴搅拌机适用于高粘度涂料、油墨、胶黏剂、腻子、原子灰、真石漆等化工产品的搅拌混合。其结构为：低速运转的蝶形搅拌器使物料在缸内翻动和混合，高速运转的齿形分散盘与混合的物料产生强烈的剪切，使聚集物迅速混合、分散、溶解。在其高低速的不同作用下，物料能够均匀混合分散。

常用型号（以料桶容积命名例如：SJ500，ZSJ500等）

常用型号仅供客户参考，客户可根据自己产品特点选择合适的配置。The normal models is only for customer’s consulting choice. QINYE will make the machines by the details that is the best for customer’s products. 

客户可选择的选项：

一、叶轮的形式。

二、是否需要抱夹来固定移动的料缸。

三、是否需要固定在机器上的盖子及盖子上的开口如加料口、视镜等。（同一机器使用固定尺寸拉缸可参考）。

四、是否需要机身具有电动转向功能（特别针对平台式）。

#3--If the machine need a lid that fixed on the machine & the holes on the lid as feeding hole, looking hole etc..(same mobile vessels’ size that the machine is used for).
