平板太阳能集热器镀层采用德国技术自主研发进入市场,这种新型的基于钛基和石英的蓝色涂层,采用了一次性电离镀层工艺,相对于普遍使用的电镀黑铬和黑镍涂层来说,在性能上具有无可比拟的优势。并代表着新兴的技术在太阳能领域吸热层工艺的最新方向。
这种镀层是通过一种特别开发的化学电离法将镀层连续附着在金属带上。钛在真空环境中汽化,汽化物在加入氮和氧后发生化学反应成为氮氧化钛并在金属带上沉积冷凝,此外石英在被汽化后形成第二层抗反射层并起到保护作用。
任何一种太阳能吸收体的效率都取决于其将太阳光谱中热辐能量的聚集效果。对于太阳辐射的高吸收率应该是最基础的条件,而基于钛涂层技术的应用,是日后平板太阳能集热技术的最前沿科技方向,非常容易达到的,最具挑战性的是如何将太阳能储存在储热系统里。这种镀层不仅是一种高吸收率镀层,而且可以在减少反射的同时将热能存在吸收体的内部(低发射率)。结果证明,如果在太阳能集热器系统中使用这种钛基加石英的蓝色镀层技术,即使在多云的气象条件下也能大幅度提高系统的工作效率。同时采用本公司的专用管路技术大大降低管路热损,提高管路的传热效率。

1.Absorber plate
D.Xia Solar adopt Germany Blue TiNOx coating on absorber. High selective titanium coating is a special developed TiNxOy film by spurting on the copper ribbon through physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology. Working temperature: -35 ~ 150℃
D.xia Solar develop a patent way to spurt a reflection reducing coating and anti-corrosion ceramic membrane on the compound film, thus even after 25 years , the performance can still be above 95% as the initial time.
The absorb ribbon is welded to the copper pipe by USW (ultrasonic welding) technology tominimize the destroy to the metal when welding.
2.Insulation
The absorber plate is encased in 25 mm rigid Polyurethane foam, with an option to additional layer of glass wool, ant—freezing design retaining the collector’s heat for 72 hours.
3.Solar Glass Glazing
The single-pane 4-mm solar glass is patterned to reduce reflection and tempered to maximize strength and durability. The 0.03% low iron oxide content enables a high solar transmittance of 92%.
