U型管集热器相关介绍：
U型管走水管路是由两根横向平行的走水主管和数根竖向平行、等间距排列的U型管组成。
U型管集热器是由U型管走水管路、保湿层、真空管及集热器框架等组成。包括真空集热管及U型金属管和金属片，所述U型金属管插装在真空集热管中，U型金属管的上端伸出管口，金属片装在真空集热管内并固定在U型金属管的一根竖管上。由于金属片装在U型金属管一侧的竖管上，即可使该侧竖管内的水温比另一侧竖管内的水温高而自动产生较强的水流动力，具有冷热水循环效果好、热传导效率高、不炸管和不漏水等优点，同时还由于U型金属管结构简单，成本比热管低很多，是一种价廉物美的产品，既适合与水箱在一起组成整体式太阳能热水器使用，又适合与水箱分离而组成分体式太阳能热水器使用。
U型管式太阳集热器的集热管由真空集热管、传热铝翼、U型铜管组成。铜管内装有传热工质，直接吸收铝翼传给的热量，循环换热。与干法式太阳集热器相同，由于真空管内无水，遇有真空管破裂，集热器可照常使用。
U型管式的太阳集热器是由全玻璃真空集热管、U型铜管、铝翼及支架组成的集热单元。集热器与水箱分离通过U型管内的传热工质将太阳辐射能转变为热能经换热器传递到水箱。可采用串、并联方式组成不同采光面积的集热系统，与常规能源配合，可实现热水系统的全天候运行。真空管内无水，遇有真空管破裂，集热系统照常运行。 传热工质可选用防冻液，特别适于高寒地区四季使用。 集热器间可并联或串联安装，系统工作压力达6㎏f/㎡。 集热管放置不受方向限制，系统安装、维修简便。 加装控制器件后，可使热水系统实现全自动运行。
U型管太阳能的集热原理：
本产品是依靠太阳能真空管吸收太阳能，热能经由铝翅片传递给“U”型管，水在循环泵的作用下，由进水管进入，流经“U”型管，进入出水管，从而带走集热器的热量，存入储热水箱。
U型管太阳能集热器具有以下优点：
