采用先进的PLC控制技术，能够完成压机的各种工艺动作，控制灵活可靠，可预留PROFIBUS、DEVICENET总线接口，为用户统一管理协调控制提供了可能性。人机界面采用触控式或键控式显示屏，可实时显示液压机的工作状态，使控制过程成为可视化。

Adopted the advanced PLC control technology ,the electric control system of the die spotting hydraulic press can control flexibly and reliably the kinds of technological actions of press and pre-reserve the PROFIBUS, DEVICENET bus interface that supply the probility for unified management and uniform control of users. The per-son-computer interface by touch and key-control screen can display the working status of hydraulic press and make the controlling visual.

微调定位机构采用伺服定位，精度最高可达0.01mm，步动距离0.05mm，为研配出高精度的模具，从控制上提供了保证。

The micro-adjustment location deveice is adopted the servo location technolory that make the highest location precision up to 0.01mm and equivalent distance up to 0.05mm. Thus the ensurance can be provided for grinding in the high precision die .
