ME09全系列空气断路器,划分成3个基本框架电流等级。额定电流范围从400至6400A,提供3极和4极产品。
全系列产品提供多种分断能力等级产品,并且额定运行短路分断能力等于100%的额定极限短路分断能力。(Ics=100%Icu)
• 框架1的额定电流范围从400至2500A,50℃范围内无需降容。额定工作电压最高至690V。分断能力(Ics=Icu)等级分50kA和65kA。
• 框架2的额定电流范围从800至4000A,50℃范围内无需降容。额定工作电压最高至690V。分断能力(Ics=Icu)等级分65kA和80kA。
• 框架3的额定电流范围从5000至6400A,50℃范围内无需降容。额定工作电压最高至690V。分断能力(Ics=Icu)等级为100kA
选择性和快速分段特性
• ME09全系列空气断路器,在极限短路故障电流下,在40毫秒或更短时间内,快速切断故障电流,同时也保证了电路选择性保护的
需求。此短路保护装置和提供的设定范围,可靠地保证了在通常情况下,下级断路器优先断开故障电流的要求。
• 标准简单易用的电子脱扣器提供了宽广的过电流保护设定倍数和延时时间曲线。使一个多级配电回路可以获得可靠的选择性保
护的需求。
独特的MCR保护功能
只在断路器合闸瞬间 (100ms)起作用。是防止在断路器合闸前电网已处故障状态,在合闸瞬间产生大于MCR设定值的电流,控制器以瞬时方式使断路器进行分断。
记忆模块
M-PRO 含有一保护参数记忆模块(PAMM)安装在保护器上端以记录M-PRO的设定。其作用在于:当须更换M-PRO或替换断路
器本体,这一新单元不须重新设定即可启动以保证替换或维修后的配置无错。
热量记忆功能
为防止无法接受的反复或周期性过载,断路器工作时M-PRO将跟踪并记录负载电流的热效应。当周期性过载积累的热效应
达到预定水平,其将引起脱扣。
自检功能,故障记录功能
控制器在PAMM故障、设置参数丢失或错误,均能显示出错信息,同时发出报警信号。可记录发生故障的现场记录,记录
故障电流,故障发生后到当前为止的运行时间和故障类型等参数,故障记录断电不丢失,可以记录最近16次的故障记录。
灵活的接线方式
母排可以水平或垂直连接,只需将T型后连接端子旋转90度
