该机型是一款高速系列Y轴双电机驱动的数控雕刻机。三轴齿轮齿条传动.它具备很好的精度和性价比。

机械结构：1.采用龙门式高刚性结构；2.整机采用矩形钢管焊接，退火去应力热处理后精加工；3.采用台面不动、龙门架移动。
Y轴双电机驱动技术，极大地提高了机床三轴的抗振性，振动可减少近10倍。由于采用双电机驱动，减少了移动时龙门的歪斜，提高了轮廓加工精度，表面粗糙度可减少一半，另外机床轴的加速度也可以提高20%。相当于同类设备3-5台的工作效率。

Description

It is high-speed series Y and double motors’ drive CNC engraving machine. Triaxial gear rack transmit. It has very good precision and cost performance.

The construction:

1. Adopt gantry high rigid structure;

2. Adopt rectangle steel tube to weld, annealing to stress and finishing after heat treatment;

3. Adopt table motionless, but gantry can move.

Double motor drive Y technology improved vibration resistance of three axis machine tool greatly. The vibration can be reduced by 10 times. Since adopting the double drive, it reduced the gantry’s skew when it moves as well as increased the precision when process the outline. The surface’s roughness can be reduced by half. What’s more, the accelerated speed of machine tool axis can be able to be increased by 20%, which equal to the work efficiency in the same kind of equipments 3 to 5 sets.

Feature 

This machine adopts the International standard order, and it can connect CAD/CAM series software. It is very fast, the speed of cutting 10mm acrylic can be able to up to 18m/min; cutting 20mm acrylic can up to 8m/min. one set equal to five sets. Mega steel structure can cut 5mm Aluminum plate at one time easily, which has hard rigidity.

The special stepper CNC function can adjust tool nose’s place accurately.

It allows to adjust the speed of process and roll setting during the processing.

Software controls can finish 3D processing from multi-levels.

Intelligent 3D CNC function, it truely realizes three axis linear linkage and can realize the high speed, smooth 3D processing, engraving and cutting.
