BELT VACUUM FILTER

     带式真空过滤机以滤布为过滤介质，是充分利用物料重力和真空吸力实现固液分离的高效分离设备。采用整体的环形橡胶带作为真空室。环形胶带由电机拖动连续运行，滤布铺敷在胶带上与之同步运行，胶带与真空滑台上环形摩擦带接触并形成水密封。料浆由布料器均匀地布在滤布上。当真空室接通真空系统时，在胶带上形成真空抽滤区，滤液穿过滤布经胶带上的横沟槽汇总并由小孔进入真空室，固体颗粒被截留在滤布上形成滤饼。进入真空室的液体经汽水分离器排出，随着橡胶带的移动，已形成滤饼依次进入滤饼洗涤区和洗干区，最后滤布与胶带分开，在卸料辊处将滤饼卸出。卸除滤饼的滤布经清洗后获得再生，再经过一组支承辊和纠偏装置后重新进入过滤区，开始进入新一过滤期。

This machine has the filtration faber as the filtration media. it is a high efficient seperating machine to use the material gravity and vacuum pull to separate the liquid and the sold. It has a vacuum room made of whole circling belt that is drugged working by the motor and the filtering fiber works as it to make a circle friction and form a water sealing. The sizing agent can be distributed even on the filter fiber by the distributing device. When the vacuum room touchs the vacuum system, it will create a vacuum space up the tape. The filetering liquid will be into the vacuum through the hole on the belt and the solid grain will be left on the filter fiber and become the filter mass. The water entering into the vacuum room can release through the gas and water seperator. As the movement of the belt, the fileter mass can go forward to the washing area and the dry room. finally the felter fiber seperates from the belt, the filter mass discharges on the unload area. The filter fiber can be use again after washing and go through one group of supporing bearing and correcting device to work again.
