BAEROPAN MC 91879 is an economical & highly efficient one-pack based on
Calcium/Zinc developed for extrusion of 70ºC / 80ºC dark pigmented cables application with
high Congo red reading.

Performance
BAEROPAN MC 91879允许生产商根据自身的情况调整流变性能。推荐使用石蜡或
聚乙烯蜡作为滑剂。
BAEROPAN MC 91879 has been developed to allow the manufacturer to adjust
rheological properties according to inpidual needs. As lubricants, paraffin or polyethylene
waxes are recommended.
不推荐使用脂肪酸类外滑剂，因为它们可与稳定剂中某些成分发生反应，使其失效。
Lubricants based on fatty acids should not be used as they could react with the basic
components of the one-pack and so loose part of the performance.
根据配方、加工情况以及最终使用需要决定用量。
The dosage of BAEROPAN MC 91717 KA/2 depends on the formulation and the particular
process and end use requirement.
建议用量：3.0 – 6.0份。
Recommended dosage is approximately 3.0 – 6.0 phr.
注意：值得关注的是BAEROPAN MC 91717 KA/2 可能会导致成品的吸水性（对比复合铅盐稳
定剂）。
Note: May we draw your attention to the fact that using BAEROPAN MC 91717 KA/2 may
cause water absorption in the finished product than stabilizer based on lead.
