本机试法是取试件约 5m 长，中段挠于规定直径之两个圆轮上，两端施加荷重，并接通电流，然后以 0.33m / sec 之速度，1m 之行程，移动圆轮，使试件往复弯曲拉伸，当断线或到达设定次数，会自动停机，取下试件评定其耐挠曲性质。 
 Cut off the cable about 5 m in length as being the test specimen which shall be kinked over the specified diameter of both wheelseach end has to be loaded with a weight。eanwhile each conductor of sample shall be loaded with a current。Later，at an approximately constant speed of 0.33 m/s to move the wheels over a distance of 1 m to make the specimen be reciprocally benttightened。When the specimen breaks downthe preset numbers are reached，the machine will stop automatically。Afterwards，take off the sampleadjudge the characteristic of flexibility。
