DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 原产地：山东，南韩 溶解度20℃时在水中溶解度小于0.01％，能溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮及苯中。与硝酸纤维素、乙基纤维素、聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙稀酸甲酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙酸丁酸纤维素、聚乙酸乙酯、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物等大多数塑料都有良好的相溶性。主要用作纤维素树脂和聚氯乙烯的主增塑剂。特别适用于硝酸纤维素涂料，具有优良的溶解性、分散性和粘着性。漆膜的柔软性和稳定性亦佳，但阻燃性和耐久性较差，在其中的一般用量为10％-60％(视漆的透明和着色性而定)。本品与颜料相溶性好，用于着色薄膜、人造革和塑料制品时，可以在着色剂分散过程中与蓖麻油一起加入。本品与乙酸纤维素的相溶性较小，增塑作用也偏低。本品还可作为天然橡胶和合成橡胶的增塑剂、软化剂，可提高制品的回弹性。本品的主要缺点是挥发性和油抽出性较大，故耐久性较差。

This product also can be used as natural rubber and synthetic rubber plasticizer, softener, and can improve the resilience of products. The main disadvantage of this product is volatile and oil extraction sex is bigger, so the durability is poorer. Chemical properties of DBP in acid or alkali catalysis, hydrolysis reaction, generate the phthalic acid and its sodium salt and butanol. DBP at high temperatures can be broken down into dimethyl anhydride and butyl benzene diluted, DBP has generally esters of other chemical properties.
