v 工作原理Working principle:
由悬挂在主机两侧的振动电机产生激振力,使物料沿孔板上跳跃前进,气流从孔板下垂直穿过孔板与物料层,使物料在振动和气流双重作用下呈均匀的流化状态,根据所通过气流温度的不同(热风或冷风),可实现对物料的干燥、冷却操作。

8.采用全封闭式结构,保证白砂糖生产卫生要求,同时对糖粉进行回收,减少糖粉对环境的污染。
9.安装有固定分散板结构或转动打散装置,解决白砂糖结团问题。
10.创建空气过滤室,使空气在进入流化床系统前经过消毒,使白砂糖符合食品卫生安全的要求。
11.采用变频控制,能及时方便的调整系统参数,使白砂糖在干燥冷却过程中达到理想的工作状态。

c) 系统蒸汽压力≥0.4Mpa
d) 适应白砂糖粒径范围:0.3-1.5mm
e) 冷却后糖温:30℃-35℃
f) 糖粉回收率:采用一级旋风除尘回收,回收效率≥99%
