XZS系列旋振筛产品概述：
XZS系列旋振筛是一种高精度细粒筛分设备，我公司在吸收国内外技术基础上设计出具有国内水平的机型，本旋振筛最高筛分500目，本机是通过振动电机的上下激振力使其做三次元运动，迫使物料成螺旋跳跃前进，最终由出料口排除。
XZS系列旋振筛主要特点：
1、体积小、重量轻、移动方便、出料口方向可任意调整，粗、细料自动排出，振动筛和振动电机可自动化或人工作业。
2、筛分精度高、效率高，任何粉、粒、粘液类均可使用。
3、筛网不阻塞、粉末不飞扬、筛分最细可达500目（28微米）过滤最细可达5微米。
4、独特网架设计（子母式）、筛网使用长久、换网方便、仅需3—5分钟、操作简单、清洗方便。
5、无机械动作、保养简易、可单层或多层使用、与物料接触部位为用不锈钢制作（医药用除外）。
XZS系列旋振筛主要结构：
各种旋振筛，一般由筛盖（通常设有进料接口）、筛框（内装筛网组件）、驱动装置（通常为立式振动电机）、隔振装置（一组支承弹簧）、底座等几部分组成，其中，筛盖与筛框为振动部分，其它部分为非振动部分，另外，底座兼有支承功用。筛框为旋振筛的主要参振部分。筛框通常由板材卷焊而成，其上下端均有一承接圈，下内部设有一法兰圈，用于固定筛网组件等结构。
XZS系列旋振筛工作原理：
旋振筛起动后，其动力装置即振动电机上下两端不同相位的偏心块、由于高速放置作用而产生一复合惯性力，该惯性力强迫筛机振动体作复旋运动，筛框在振动力的作用下连续作往复运动，进地而带动筛面作周期性振动，从而使筛面上的物料随筛箱一同作定向踊跃式运动，其间，小于筛面孔径的物料通过筛孔落到下层，成为筛下物，大于筛面孔径的物料经连续跳跃运动后从排料口排出，最终完成筛分工作。旋振筛振动体的运动轨迹为一复杂的空间三维曲线，此曲线在水平面上的投影为圆形，在两垂直面上的投影为两相同的椭圆。实际运用中，通过调整振动电机上下两端偏心块的相对相位，可以改变筛面上物料的运动轨迹，从而达到不同的筛分作业目的。
