常压烧结碳化硅（SSIC）由精细的碳化硅粉末混合烧结助剂，在2000-2200℃的惰性气氛中烧结而成，是具有更高性能
的碳化硅陶瓷。常压烧结碳化硅在常温（1600℃）状态下能长时间保持高强度和超耐腐蚀性能。常压烧结碳化硅具有更
好的抗热震、导热和高耐磨性能，其硬度堪比金刚石。因此，常压烧结碳化硅是制造化工泵密封环、轴套、高温喷嘴以
及超高温、超薄窖具等产品的理想材料。
Sintered Silicon Carbide(SSiC)is produced using very fine SiC powder containing sintering additives,it is
processed using forming methods typical for other ceramics and sintered at 2,000 to 2,200℃ in an inert gas
atmosphere,it is a kind of Silicon Carbide Ceramics which displays treater performance.
SSiC is distinguished by high strength that stays nearly constant up to very high tempera tures(approximately
1,600℃),maintaining that strength over long periods .This material displays an extremely high corrosion resistance in acidic and basic media,and this too is maintainde up to very high temperatures These propertiles
are outstanding among high temperature ceramics,and are complemented by high thermal shock resistance,high
thermalconducitivity,high resistance to wear,and hardness colse to that of diamond.Thus,SBIC is ideal for extremely applications.
