棕刚玉
性质：以铝钒土、焦碳(无烟煤)为主要原料，在电弧炉内经高温冶炼而
成，主要化学成分为Al203、Ti02还含有少量的Si02和Fe203等
用途：用它制成的磨具，适于磨削抗张强度较高的金属，如各种通用钢材、可锻铸铁、硬青铜等。也可制造高级耐火材料。
特点：韧性好比SiC高，显微硬度1800-2200kg/mm2，体积密度≥3.85g/cm3，耐高温，耐火度高达1850oc

棕刚玉以优质铝矾土为原料，无烟煤，铁霄，通过采用在电弧冶炼。炉2200℃以上高温中提纯、除杂、结晶、分选、破碎、磁选、筛分等加工手段制成各种颗粒尺寸的产品。其质地致密、硬度高，粒形成球状，适用于制造陶瓷、树脂高固结磨具以及研磨、抛光、喷砂、精密铸造等，还可用于制造高级耐火材料。
