LSC8220 laser cutting machine of superhard materials is the high-end laser cutting machine we lately launched in the market in the second half of 2013 after three years’ research, development and experiment, which is equipped with the second generation improved “three-lamp amplifying” laser device and the cutting capability is better than that of LSC6220. The distinctive appearance and humanism auxiliary functions of the machine reflects the great progress we have made in the design and manufacturing of laser cutting machine. Currently, this machine has been exported to the United States and highly recognized by the clients in the United States. With the full development of this machine, our advantage in the field of laser cutting of YAG superhard materials is enhanced. 

Design Features

1. Stable optical configuration. It is unnecessary to adjust the resonance conditions frequently. It is advised to make an adjustment once every thirty days;

2. Sound insulation for the mechanical structure and interior of the sliding door with noises no larger than 55db during its operation;

3. Electric lifting of Axis Z of laser focus lamp for the convenience of focal length setting and operation;

4. The updated laser cutting control software provides persified and reliable functions;

5. Built-in laser power device can be controlled by the external control panel with touch screen. You can turn on/off the laser power, pre-ignite or change the timing without opening the door of the control cabinet;

6. Built-in dust-removal system with mute fan and filter screen (six layers) removes the dust caused in the cutting process and reduce the influence on the health of the operators;

7. The equipment will buzz and flash automatically upon completion of cutting.
