Modified filling masterbatch series

This product applies to :packaging film, perforated film, sanitary napkin film, vest bags, packing bags, plastic buckets, plastic pipes, blow tube material, plastic railing, plates, toys, furniture, and other product which can add stuffing plastic products.

Introduction

That is a new type of polymer environmentally friendly materials. It uses high-tech nano-modification and molecular compatibilization technology, inorganic functional materials evenly dispersed in a carrier resin.

With good transparency, improve gloss, enhanced mechanical property, non-toxic and harmless, smoldering and stability characteristics and etc.

It also can reduce cost, shorten the molding time and increase productivity.

Product features:

1. Cost reduction: This product accept larger proportion filling . Compare the PE material, can save 40-50% cost.

2. Mechanics: filling masterbatch can improve the impact resistance, tensile strength, elongation, puncture and abrasion resistance etc.

Eg: Use 10% -20% filling masterbatch in the film products when production, then it can significantly improve the strength and elongation at break.

3.High Transparency: due to the inorganic material particle size less than 300 nanometers, high light transmittance of visible light (390-780) waves, adding appropriate amount of masterbatch does not affect the transparency of products.

4.High gloss: inorganic materials L in the product is value up to 99.5, the L values much higher surface gloss comparing to general pure plastic (40-90), so after adding the masterbatch, product surface will have high gloss and brightness.

5. Good dispersion: product synthesis useing new nanotechnology, inorganic materials compact envelope for organic products. Making masterbatch and various resins to have good wettability, compatibility, and easy to disperse.
