特点:
      料锅盖为自动升降式，水、油锅中的物料通过输送管道可在真空状态下直接进入乳化锅，出料方式为乳化锅翻转式以及锅底阀放料式等，通过电热管对锅夹层内的导热介质进行
加热来实现对物料的加热,加热温度任意设定,自动控制。在夹层内接入冷却液即可对物料进行冷却，操作简单、方便、夹层外设有保温层。均质系统和搅拌系统可分开使用，也可同时使用。物料的微粒化、乳化、混合、调匀、分散等可于短时间内完成。与物料接触部分采用优质不锈钢（常用304，医用316L）内表面镜面抛光，真空搅拌装置卫生清凉，采用符合GMP规范的卫生标准制造，是客户理想的膏霜生产设备。

工作原理:
      物料在油、水锅通过加热、搅拌混合反应后，由真空泵吸入乳化锅，通过均质锅内的搅拌桨以及聚四氟乙烯刮板始终搅拌锅形体，扫尽挂壁粘料，使被刮取的物料不断产生新界面，在经过搅拌叶片的剪切、压缩、折叠，使其混合而下流往下方的均质器处，物料在通过高速旋转的均质器转子与定子之间所产生强力的剪断、冲击、乱流等一系列过程，被迅速破碎成200um-2um的微粒，由于乳化锅内处于真空状态，物料在搅拌过程中产生的气泡被及时抽走。
