高清HD SDI-HDMI转换器是一款专用于单路高清数字分量串行接口(HD-SDI和3G-SDI)信号转换为HDMI信号的设备。该设备集成SDI接收器及HDMI调制器，可方便的将HD-SDI信号转为HDMI信号，同时会将SDI所带音频信号分离转换后嵌入到HDMI信号中，以实现声音及图像同步传输。

SDI

SDI接口是数字串行接口(serial digital interface)的首字母缩写。 串行接口是把数据字的各个比特以及相应的数据通过单一通道顺序传送的接口。由于串行数字信号的数据率很高，在传送前必须经过处理。

HDMI

HDMI，高清晰度多媒体接口(英文：High Definition Multimedia Interface)是一种全数位化影像和声音传送接口，可以传送无压缩的音频信号及视频信号。HDMI可用于机顶盒、DVD播放机、个人电脑、电视游乐器、综合扩大机、数位音响与电视机。HDMI可以同时传送音频和影音信号，由于音频和视频信号采用同一条电缆，大大简化了系统的安装。

1. Question: Why is there no HDMI output?

   ---Answer: 1). please check power LED is on. If not, please check power supply is connected.

                     2). If power LED lights, but SDI LED is off, please check SDI device is compatible with this converter box.

                     3). If two LED lights normally, please check if HDMI port is well connected and HDMI cable is in good condition.

2. Question:  Why is there no audio output?

   ---Answer: This converter does not suppot audio output.
