四、可靠性试验: (Reliability tests)
4.1高温存储Hot temperature storage
将传感器存放于100℃+5℃干燥环境中,1000hrs后,测试其电阻值R25、B值,
Store in hot still air at 100℃+5℃for 1000hrs.|△R/R|≤3%,|△B/B|≤1%; and test |△R/R|≤3%,|△B/B|≤1%;
4.2低温存储（Low temperature storage）
将传感器存放于-50℃-±5℃干燥环境中,1000hrs后,测试其电阻值R25、B值,
Store in dry still air at –50℃-±5℃for 1000hrs,|△R/R|3%,|△B/B|1%;And test |△R/R|≤3%,|△B/B|≤1%;
4.3冷热冲击试验:
(Thermal shock test)
将传感器存放于-30℃±5℃干燥环境(5mins) 室温环境(1mins) 100℃±5℃干燥环境(5mins) 室温环境(1mins),如此循环1000次后,测试其电阻值R25,B值,
