Overview
The iCF 9000 is a low-profile, high-capacity solid-state flash memory solution designed to replace traditional rotating disk drives. Compliant electrically with True IDE Mode and compatible with IDE disk drives, the iCF 9000 works reliably as an embedded data storage system for mobile computing and industrial applications. Extremely lightweight, the iCF 9000 delivers a superior data transfer rate of sequential read and write of up to 100MB/s and 95MB/s respectively.
