Constant Current LED Driver

General Description

QX7136 is a constant current regulator for LED driver with low quiescent current and low dropout voltage. The LED current ranges from 100mA to 3000mA. 

In addition to LEDs, QX7136 also needs the external connection of a NMOS and a resistor to set the LED current.

QX7136 includes Soft-start Circuit, Thermal Protection Circuit, Bandgap Circuit, UVLO Protection, Short Circuit Protection.

QX7136 uses SOT89-5 package
