一、用途
用于ABS塑料的回收造粒或工程塑料的混色造粒。可加工的常见塑料有ABS塑料片材、管材、家用电器机壳、汽车保险杆等。
二、特点
1、螺杆、料筒采用38CrMoAl合金钢，经氮化处理和精密加工而成，硬度高、耐磨、耐腐蚀性强，经久耐用。
2、模头配备电动或液压换网装置，大大提高了生产效率。
3、整机采用高配置控温装置，终端产品质量更有保障。
4、主电动机采用调速电机，适用不同性质塑料。

1. use
It
is suitable for the granule remaking of old ABS plastic or the
mixed-color-remaking of engineering plastic. Mainly applied to processing ABS
plastic sheet、pipes、home appliances crust or bumpers
etc.
2. Characteristics:

Both the screw and cylinder adopt 38CRMOAL alloy steel, processed by nitrogen ,
the hardness is high and strong , durable in use and able to bear corrosion .

The die head equipped with electrical or hydraulic press device, it will be
more effective.
