我公司是按国家标准生产热轧球磨钢球的企业。年产6万吨Φ20mm—Φ 150mm的球磨钢球。热轧球磨钢球技术是我公司开发的一项全新技术，其钢球轧机是由我公司自主研制而成，其质量优良，且公司选用优质特种钢作为原材料，在根本上提高了钢球的质量。

其工艺特色为：

①选择对应钢球规格的圆钢作为原材料②把圆钢加热至1080℃③通过钢球轧机一次成球④通过淬火，回火的过程使得钢球具有高韧性，破碎率极低，在各类矿山、各种规格磨机、各种恶劣环境下，长期使用稳定，效果理想。

Its process characteristics as follows :

①Choose the high quality special steel as a raw material.②Heat up the round bar to 1080℃.③Round bars are rolled to steel ball by skew rolling mill④The steel balls has high toughness and extremely low broken rate by quenching and tempering.It is stable in long-term use and the use effect are satisfactory in different mines，all kinds of grinding machines, all kinds of bad environments.

特点如下：
1、 高硬度、高耐磨、整体硬度高：表面硬度HRC57-67，心部硬度HRC56-64各，内外硬度差≤5HRC
2、 高韧性：冲击韧性≥12J/cm2
3、 破碎率极低：抗剥落及抗破碎性能强，落球冲击次数达20000万次近于无破碎，实际破碎率<1%
Parameters of hot rolled steel ball:
1. The overall high hardness: surface hardness of 57-67 HRC, volume hardness of 56-64 HRC, and the hardness gradient distribute evenly. 
 
2. High impact toughness: more than 12 J/CM2

3. Low broken rate: anti-broken and anti-broken off performance is 10 times of general casting steel ball, balls impact times over 20,000 times, the actual broken rate is less then 1%, close to no broken
