1           主传动系统采用调速电机控制.

2           采用组合式，实现单双面多色连续印刷。

3           收放采用双力距电机,放料采用磁粉制动器.

4           油墨采用墨泵自动循环.

5           干燥系统采用烘道，送热温与每组风冷却，铸钱底盘，60m/min干燥.

6           刮墨刀压力，高度平行度，任意调速横向往反复窜动。

7           收、放料机构采用手压。

8           橡胶升压采用传动方式，印板纵向360度任意调整，横切调节量30mm.

1. Use and Characteristics

    Main transmission device, using motor to control the speed. This machine adopts combination type, which can continuous printing for multi-color single side or both sides with excellent printing performance. The system of the winder and rewinder adopts double-torque motor, using magnetic brake for unwinding. Ink can automatically circulate by using in pump. Heat path is used in drying system delivery hot temperature and cooling wind of each unit. Quality cast-iron structure for bottom frame. Dry speed60m/min, oven temperature is automatic temperature control, with functionality meters. Squeegee pressure, highly parallel, the arbitrary horizontal speed to repeated displacement.

Unwinding and rewinding structure adopt manual pressure.Using rubber boost transmission mode, the printing plate can adjust vertical360°rbitrary, horizontal within is30mm.
