端面铣床由以下几部分构成：Face milling machine consists of the following sections
1. 床身:端面铣床床身分为双矩形导轨和一矩一V合组形导轨两种,床身导轨面都经过超音频淬火处理,深度为3-5毫米,硬度为HRC-52.耐磨性能好,使用寿命长.
Lathe bed ：face milling machine lathe bed is pided into double rectangular guideway and a rectangular and a V composite guideway，Lathe bed guide surface get through super audio quenching processing，the depth is3-5mm，the hardness is HRC-52，the machine has excellent wearability and long life.
2. 工作台:工作台采用优质耐磨铸铁铸造而成，精加工后，采用手工铲刮与导轨面配铲而成。工作台的进给采用变频器，实现无级变速。
Worktable:worktable is made of high quality cast iron , after finishing, adopts manual shovel scraping and guide surface scraping，worktable feed adopts frequency converter, achieve stepless variable speed.
立柱：立柱的导轨是采用一高一矮两条矩形导轨组合而成。其高导轨高出矮导轨55毫米，结合面积大，稳定性能高，刚性好。采用超音频淬火处理，硬度耐磨性能好。工件高度不受机床限制，可垂直上下铣削。
Column：column guide adopts two rectangular guideways(one is high,the other is short). the high guideway is 55mm higher than the short one, the large guide surface, high stability, good rigidity.it Is made of super audio quenching treatment, the hardness wear-resisting performance is good. Workpiece height without being limited by the machine, vertical milling,it can work in vertical way(up and down)
4.横向床身：横向床身是在水平面上垂直与主床身，沿垂直与主床身中心线在水平面作前后运动。具有铣削宽广的特点。由减速电机带动丝杠螺母运动。
Horizontal lathe bed:Horizontal lathe bed is vertical with the main lathe bed in the horizontal plane,movement(front and back) with the main lathe bed center line in the horizontal plane along the vertical. Milling is broad,the leadscrew nut is driven by a speed reducer
5. 主轴：拥有独立进给系统，进给速度由变频器控制，可根据工件不同材质，调节镗孔(钻孔)速度。 其中自动进给可选300/460/600mm，手动微调为150mm
Spindle has independent feed system, feed speed is controlled by frequency converter, according to different workpiece material to adjust the speed of boring (bore). Which automatically feed optional is 300/460/600 mm, manual fine tuning is 150 mm
端面镗铣床特点：the characteristics of face boring and milling machine
1.工作台进给及铣头上下进给均采变频调速，工件可沿工作台长向铣削，也可由铣头上下铣削;Worktable feed and milling head (up and down)feed adopt frequency Control ,This machine can solve workpiece facade machining and the length overtical machining.
2.铣头设置了内置飞轮，以增加切削平稳性。铣头内齿轮均采用了20Cr渗碳淬火，并经过了磨齿工艺。齿轮具有良好的耐磨性及耐冲击性能;
The milling head install the internal flywheel, in order to increase the cutting stability. Milling head internal gear adopts 20 cr carburizing and quenching, and get though gear grinding process， Gear has a good wear resistance and impact resistance performance
3. 铣头采用了独立润滑泵润滑，各导轨采用手动润滑泵润滑，各走刀箱采用浸油润滑。Milling head has adopted independent lubrication pump to lubricate, every guide uses the manual lubrication pump to lubricate, the feed- box adopts oil lubrication
4.可据用户要求方便的将铣头换成镗铣头，使机床具有镗削功能。
The user can substitute milling head for boring and milling head according to the user's request,make the machine l with the functions of boring
适用范围application range
端面铣床加工范围大，适用于铸件、钢件等金属材料的端面切削，广泛应用于机械制造业。特别适用于模具业、塑料模架边框的平面铣削，可对超长工件两端面进行铣削、钻孔、镗孔等特型面加工。端面铣床可铣削工件平面，倒角加工梯形面及T型槽，钻孔可达到φ50mm，镗孔可达到φ400mm。加装支承滑台后可对超长工件两端面进行铣削、手动钻孔、镗孔及特型面加工，铣削力强，可满足零件的加工要求。工作台移动采用行星齿轮箱变速，操作灵活简便。立柱升降采用配重卸荷装置，上下移动轻松，既延长了丝杠的寿命，又使切削平稳。铣削采用斜齿轮传动，切铣面精度高，噪音低，安装变频装置后可实行无级变速。整机刚性强，不易损坏，维修方便，功能多样，几何尺寸大，是机械加工的理想设备
