ZSCG系列超高浓水力碎浆机
纸浆板水力碎浆机，低浓/超高浓水力碎浆机，废纸水力碎浆机，​超高浓水力碎浆机是我公司在传统高浓碎浆机基础上研发的一种更高效率的新型碎浆设备。增大的转子整体铸造更有利于纤维的相互揉搓；增速更有利于纤维的撕裂；下部调心支撑更有效的弥补了传统碎浆机两个轴承间距过小的弊病。

总之纸浆板水力碎浆机，低浓/超高浓水力碎浆机，废纸水力碎浆机，结构更加合理、碎浆更加迅速彻底，尤其是对于湿强纸等特殊纸种的碎解更为有效。废纸脱墨时由于碎解浓度的提高，可以有效的提高相同化工原料用量对浆料的比例，由于效率的提高在节能上节水上都有极大的改善，浓度的提高增加了单位面积内的纤维根数，降低了单根纤维的打浆比压，更有效的保护了纤维的长度。

  ZSCG series vertical super high-density hydrapulper is one kind of new-brand more high-effect device developed by our company under the traditional high-density pulper. The bigger overall cast of rotor can be more benefit for rubbing the fiber.Higher speed can be more benefit for tearing the fibre. Aligning the lower support can be more effective to make up the defects that the bearing center between traditional pulper too small.Therefore, ZSCG series vertical super high-density hydrapulper hs the advantages of pulping,especially pulping special kind of paper like wet strong paper. When waste paper deinking,due to higher of pulping consistecny, it can effectively improve the same amount of chemical raw materials ratio of the slurry, due to increased efficiency in energy conservation has greatly improved water on the concentration increase per unit area increased the number of fibers, reducing pulp beating pressre of single fiber, then more effective protection of the fiber length.
