1：宗旨   

本操作流程旨在让广大客户能够快速掌握GNC进口直邮(B2C)的操作流程，了解操作过程中所需的必要文件以及要求，避免风险，减少运输过程中不必要的延误与损失，更加快速顺利将您的包裹送到客户手中。

1. Target

This operation procedure aims to enable customers to quickly understand the operation procedure of GNC import direct mail (B2C) and the necessary documents needed in the operation procedure in order to avoid risks and reduce unnecessary delays and loses in transportation so that your packages can be delivered to customers more quickly and soundly.

2.1  收到订单 Receiving Orders

1）对于合作伙伴，GNC分配给每一合作伙伴海关授权的IT系统后台，客户定期汇总自己收集的包裹，通过固定order格式（申报表格详情见附件一），上载包裹信息，包括货物名称，申报价值，收货人地址电话等信息；GNC广州运营中心收到信息共享。

1) For partners, GNC distribute to each partner a custom-authorized IT background system where customers can regularly gather the packages collected and, through a fixed order format (details of application form in Attachment 1), upload package information including name of goods, declared values, consignee’s address and telephone number etc. GNC Guangzhou Operation Center receives the shared information.

2）对于电商客户，则直接将自己的包裹送至GNC当地收货仓库，GNC完成上述流程，有条件的电商客户亦可要求GNC授权IT系统账户，直接录入信息。GNC广州运营中心收到信息共享。

2) For electronic business clients, packages can be directly delivered to GNC local receiving warehouses for GNC to finish the procedures mentioned above. If possible, electronic business clients can also ask GNC to authorize IT system accounts for direct information logging. GNC Guangzhou Operation Center receives the shared information.

2.2: 境外收货 Overseas Receipt

1）对于合作伙伴，将所有包裹信息录入后，在系统内打印包裹快递单，贴单装箱，打包形成托盘交与当地航空公司，GNC广州运营中心在收到客户预定航班提单号码后，将所有包裹信息发送至中国海关进行预申报,以便到达广州口岸后快速通关。

1) For partners, after package information entry, express waybills can printed from the system. After sticking waybills and encasement, the package can be palletized and delivered to local airlines. Having received the BL number of customers’ scheduled flight, GNC will send all package information for pre-declaration in China Customs in order to have fast clearance after reaching Guangzhou Port. 

2）对于电商客户，直接将自己的包裹装箱后送至GNC当地收货仓库，有条件的客户亦要求GNC授权IT系统账户，自行录入信息，打包装箱形成托盘直接交与当地航空公司。

2) For electronic business customers, packages are directly encased and delivered to GNC local receiving warehouses. If possible, clients can also ask GNC to authorize IT system accounts for information logging by themselves. After packaging and encasement, the pallet can be delivered directly to local airlines. 

2.3 境外清关与国际运输 Overseas Clearance and International Transportation

1）对于合作伙伴，自行根据货物具体信息，联系航空公司，安排最快航班将货物运抵广州机场。

1) For partners, based on specific information of goods, they can contact airlines and arrange the fastest flights to transport the goods to Guangzhou airport.

2）对于电商客户，GNC当地收货点将客户送来货物录入信息并整理后，准备清关资料报关，安排预定航班空运至广州机场。

2) For electronic business customers, GNC local receiving locations will record and arrange the information of goods from customers, prepare clearance materials for declaration and arrange scheduled flights to Guangzhou airport.  

2.4 境内进口电子清关 electronic clearance of Domestic import 

已通过预申报的货物到达广州机场后，GNC在中国邮政口岸根据包裹订单信息进行自动化电子清关。对于无需缴税的订单包裹，自动进入EMS派送系统；对于需要缴税的订单包裹，GNC客服会及时客户（收件人）并收取税金，代缴税款之后，自动进入EMS派送系统。所有缴税的订单包裹，海关出具电子税单。凡征税金额低于RMB50.00的，免于缴税；缴税金额的计算方法如下：货物的完税价格*商品的个人行邮税税率=缴税金额 。

After pre-declared goods reach Guangzhou airport, GNC will conduct automatic electronic clearance according to package waybill information in China Post port. Packages that do not need to be taxed will enter EMS distribution system automatically; Packages that need to be taxed will enter EMS distribution system automatically after GNC customer service receives taxes from customers (consignees) and finishes tax payment. All taxed packages will receive tax bill from the custom. The goods with tax amount less than RMB 50.00 shall be exempt from tax payment. Tax payment amount is calculated as follows: dutiable price of goods* tax rate on baggage and articles accompanying incoming passengers and personal postal articles= tax payment amount (details about tax rate on baggage and articles accompanying incoming passengers and personal postal articles in attachment 2)

   2.5 境内派送  Domestic Distribution

清关放行之后的订单包裹，由EMS 统一全国派送，使用中国邮政官网或者GNC官网追踪。

Package orders after custom clearance will all be distributed domestically by EMS. The packages can be tracked from China Post or GNC official websites.

3：财务结算  Financial Settlement

GNC采取预存款的方式结算，授权每一个客户不等的信用额度,财务部每月5日出具上一月对账单，当客户预存款余额低于对应信用额时，须补充预存款至信用额度。财务结算详情，您可以联系GNC财务部相关人员。

GNC settles the account through advanced payment. Each client is authorized certain line of credit. Financial department will offer the reconciliation statement of last month on the 5th of each month. When a client’s advanced payment is less than his or her line of credit, the client will have to add advanced payment to his or her line of credit. For more information on financial settlement, you can contact relevant staff in GNC financial department. (Contacts detail in Attachment 4)

4：责任与风险  Obligations and Risks

1） GNC进口直邮速递只适用合理数量个人自用物品包裹订单，使用邮政条例清关，不适用一般贸易进口形式。

1) GNC import direct mail express is only applicable to reasonable number of package orders of personal articles. It clears the custom by using postal rules and is not applicable to general form of trade import.

2）因包裹内货品数量和性质不符合相关海关法律和适合航空运输条例规定，任何禁运物品所带来的一切经济损失与责任均由客户承担。

2) Customers will be responsible for any economic losses and obligations brought by prohibited articles and goods number or quality not conforming to relevant custom laws and air transportation regulations.
