该生产线分为包复式和缠绕式两种形式。包复式为钢管从模具中间穿过进行涂覆，主要适用于600ram以下的钢管防腐涂覆。缠绕式为胶粘剂和聚乙烯挤出机与生产线垂直放置，钢管的正上方加装辅助压辊。

  生产线组成：钢管传输系统，表面处理系统，管体除尘系统．钢管加热系统，静电喷涂系统，涂覆系统、水冷系统、端切系统及电控系统等组成。最小加工管径中79mm，最大加工管径中2540mm。
