机组性能特点

1、采用专用挤出机、特种螺杆，增强塑化能力，提高产量。采用整机移动，便于调整。

2、三层复合专用螺旋机头，大棚膜与土工膜性能兼顾，既能生产大棚膜、又能生产土工膜。

3、采用液压不停机快速换网装置，快速方便。

4、采用了国外先进技术，引进旧c内冷控制系统及双风口风环；便于控制冷却风量，提高了冷却效果。

5、牵引采用变频电机控制，配有气动夹紧机构，上牵引与卷取机能够同步控制。

6、卷取机采用中心加摩擦卷取方式。
